Forming Habits for a Whole-Food Plant-Based Lifestyle Journey

Pamela Long, LCSW, LISW

What is your compelling reason for exploring a whole-food plant-based lifestyle? With that firmly in mind, we will talk about building systems for change. These are daily, small, consistent steps that are manageable, sustainable, and flexible. These steps we take become habits and the formation of many habits leads to change. We will discuss recommended systems that have worked for others and provide educational resources for transitioning to a whole-food plant-based lifestyle.
