Daniel J. Arnold, DO

Whole-food plant-based nutrition is a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds. Whole-food plant-based eating can be a tool used to help prevent, manage, and reverse chronic disease, specifically cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, and some cancers. Studies demonstrating the positive health effects of a whole-food plant-based lifestyle will be discussed.
