We're connecting with our community with this out of the library tour at the Augustana College John Deere Planetarium!

For children K-5th grades. Explore a different STEAM theme each week. A great opportunity for adults to share with their child the fun of learning. 

Students in grades 4 through 10 can learn to sew using sewing machines and hand-stitching at the Moline Public Library. Create lap blankets and lap quilts to donate to a nursing home. Learn the basics on November 14 and 18 at 6:00 p.m.

David Smith, licensed art teacher, resident artist and owner of the Smith Studio and Gallery in Geneseo, IL, will be at the Library to teach adults the basics of pop-up card making just in time for the holidays.

This introductory series will teach students in grades 4-10 with little or no previous experience with robotics how to program motorized LEGO robots to perform basic tasks using LEGO Mindstorms EV3 kits.

Create a unique galaxy ornament with paint. Explore different ways to mix paint colors for different effects. For children K-6th grade. No registration is required.
