Presenter Beth Bryant is an orthopedic physical therapist who has been in practice for 35 years. She attended Augustana College for her undergraduate and Northwestern University for her PT degree. Later she received both an MBA and a Doctorate in PT from St. Ambrose University.

Beth is certified by E-Cornell in “Plant Based Nutrition”. She has multiple certifications from Wellness forum Health including, “Food Over Medicine” and several “Diet and Lifestyle” certifications. She is a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and the Physician’s Committee for Responsible Medicine. In her own life, she has seen the power of plants in lowering her cholesterol, blood pressure and increasing her energy level.
