$30 per hour for non-profit, $120 per hour business and individual events.  

Reservations that have not be paid within 72 hours of receiving Payment Pending notification will be cancelled. 

In the instance that a reservation request exceeds capacity by room or setup, library staff will notify contact before approving the reservation.

Food or Drink Requirements

Refreshments are permitted in the meeting rooms. The public meeting rooms and kitchen must be left in the condition in which they were found. Facilities will be inspected after each meeting. A fee of $25.00 will be charged to users for any special cleaning as determined by the Moline Public Library Administration.
