For children ages 3-5 years of age with their adult. Siblings welcome!

Stories, rhymes, songs and more that encourage development of early literacy skills.

The Library Board of Trustees meets on the 2nd Thursday of every month at 12:00 p.m.  

Agendas are available prior to the meetings. Minutes are available following approval.

For children K-5th grades. Drop in and explore a different STEAM theme each week. A great opportunity for adults to share with their child the fun of learning. 

Students in grades 6 through 12 can enjoy a variety of video games, board games, and computer games at the Moline Public Library on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month from 2:30 to 4:00. Drop in anytime. No registration required.

Students in grades 4-8 can interact with live animals while learning about their habitats, diet, adaptations and behavior during a visit from Niabi Zoo. Registration is required and space is limited.

Drop in to make a newspaper kite and try out other forms of flight.

A special hands-on art workshop for children K-5th grade inspired by the Tiffany Glass Windows exhibit that at the Figge Museum. This program will take place in our children's program room and will be presented by the Figge Art Museum.

Students in grades 4-8 can learn about food safety and nutrition and prepare an entire meal to enjoy. Registration is required and space is limited.
