For children ages 3-5 years of age with their adult. Siblings welcome!

Stories, rhymes, songs and more that encourage development of early literacy skills.

Questions about Tax Code Changes?  The Foundation for Financial Education will provide information on the tax code changes taking effect in 2019.

Registration is required.  

For children K-5th grades. Drop in and explore a different STEAM theme each week. A great opportunity for adults to share with their child the fun of learning. 

Students in grades 6 through 12 can enjoy a variety of video games, board games, and computer games at the Moline Public Library on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month from 2:30 to 4:00. Drop in anytime. No registration required.

Help us knit/crochet blanket squares over the winter months. Blanket squares will be used to make complete blankets which will be donated to our Project Linus chapter.

Students in grades 6-12 are invited to an interactive showing of Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief on Thursday, January 24 at 5:30 p.m. in the second floor program room at the Moline Public Library.

The third in the four part How Not to Die program series

Students in grades 4-8 can use LEGO Mindstorms to complete Space Challenge missions. Learn to program robots and use them to accomplish tasks. This is a four-part session and attendance at all four session is recommended.

For children in ages 8-12. Learn the basics of cartoon drawing with children's book author Xochi Pannell and book illustrator, Josh Wright. Pencils and paper will be supplied. No registration is required.

For children in K-5th grade. Learn to cartoon with children's book author Xochi Pannell and book illustrator, Josh Wright. Pencils and paper will be supplied.
