Did you know that only about 30% of all resumes and applications are seen by human eyes?

The majority of businesses and organizations use Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software to screen resumes and applications.  Roughly 70% of applications are “cut” during the ATS process.

In this workshop, you’ll gain a better understanding of  what the ATS is,  how the ATS screens and scans your materials, and  how to revise your resume so that it’s ATS approved, giving you a better shot at landing an interview!
