The Rooting Out Poverty book discussion series will feature titles focused on housing, economics, education, healthcare and justice.

Evicted: Poverty and Profit in the American City by Matthew Desmond will kick off the discussion series and the initial discussion will be facilitated by Dwight Ford, Project Now's Executive Director.

Copies of the book are available at local Illinois libraries via PrairieCat and an e-book copy is available via OverDrive's Libby app. 

Future discussion dates and titles will be shared at this first program.
