Body
Learn about nutrition and cook an entire meal with the University of Illinois Extension Office. Each week will focus on a different food group and registration for each session is required. Attendance at all five sessions is encouraged.
Thursday, April 4: Grains
Thursday, April 11: Dairy
Tuesday, April 16: Veggies
Tuesday, April 23: Fruit
Tuesday, April 30: Protein
This program is part of the Project Next Generation Grant and is open to students in grades 5-12.
