Join Jackie Hauer and Jill Finn for a workshop designed to help those struggling with loss during what can be a difficult season. This session will offer a safe space to explore how grief changes our experience of the holidays and provide practical tools for coping with the emotional challenges that arise. Through guided discussions, reflection, and shared experiences, we will delve into ways to honor your grief while also finding new ways to engage with the season. Whether you are newly grieving or have experienced loss in the past, this workshop will offer compassionate support and strategies to help you navigate the holidays with care and intention.

Jackie Hauer is a is currently finishing up her End-of-Life Doula Certification through INELDA.  She is a RYT-200 Yoga teacher and holds a B.A. from Millikin University.
