Do you love cosplay, but don't have the time to come in for an in-person competition during one of the biggest days of a comic book fan's calendar? Want to try your hand at a costume competition without the crowds? Now's your chance! The Moline Public Library is hosting our first-ever Library Legends Virtual Costume Competition, where you can submit your work to the library for the public to see and vote on, with a special Judge's Choice award!
Images of you or your friends wearing the costume you've worked on can be submitted online to the library via the Contest Submission Form, then posted on our social media, and printed for display at the library for the public to see & vote on leading up to Free Comic Book Day on May 3rd.
Suit up and show out before the deadline on April 26th!
Open to All Ages! Costumes will be judged within the following categories:
Youth - Anyone under age 12
Novice - Minimal to no costuming/cosplay experience
Journeyman - Moderate costuming/cosplay experience
