As an alumna of Yale University, a National Merit Achievement Scholarship Winner while at Moline High School, an Equity actor, Zina Ellis believes in education's power to create infinite opportunity. As a College and Career Specialist, whether she is working in career readiness or in education access, she loves helping students of all ages reach their full potential and express their points of view. She prides herself on her ability to build strong relationships with students and ask questions that help them grow not just as applicants or test-takers, but as people.
Best college test (ACT/SAT) preparation strategies will be the focus of this initial college preparation session. Additional sessions will address being a first generation college student, writing college admission essays, and "College 101" transitioning to college life.
A Zoom link will be sent out @ 24 hours prior to the program. Registration is required.
