Week Calendar

Join us for a brisk 45 minute walking and talking session about Ayn Rand’s classic, The Fountainhead.  Each week we’ll read about 100 pages and then discuss it while walking along Ben Butterworth Parkway.

Prepare to get wet! This program will start with stories then get crazy with different water activities. 

In case of rain, the program will be held in the Program Room at the Moline Public Library.

For children ages 3-5 years of age with their adult. Siblings welcome!

Stories, rhymes, songs and more that encourage development of early literacy skills.

Folk singer/songwriter, Ben Bedford, is a son of the heartland.  His easy listening music dips into American literature.  He writes and sings with the “old soul” quality of his literary idols such as John Steinbeck and Toni Morrison.

It's showtime at the library and you're the stars! Sing, dance with this fun musical duo!

A special hands-on art workshop for children K-5th grade inspired by the Vanessa German sculpture exhibit that will be at the Figge Museum.

Teens in grades 6 through 12 can make their own smoothies to enjoy while painting on Thursday, July 11 at 6:00 p.m. Use a transfer image on canvas or create your own masterpiece with acrylic paint or sharpies.
