The WQPT Vibrant Neighborhoods Project generated several interviews about Moline's Floreciente neighborhood. In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, Tar Macias, program coordinator, will present these stories in a screening in the Moline Public Library's Silver and Bronze Rooms. In addition to the Vibrant Neighborhoods stories, a Mexican folkloric dance troupe courtesy of the Guanajuato, MX Department of Culture will perform.
