Quad City area students in grades 6-12 can submit ONE original poem for the 2024 Moline Library Teen Poetry Contest. Entries will be judged on creativity, spelling and punctuation, title, imagery, and theme. Deadline for submissions is Monday, April 15, 2024. Prizes will be awarded for first, second, and third places in each of the middle school (6-8) and high school (9-12) categories. Winners will be emailed and announced at our Teen Poetry Café Monday, April 29 at 6:30 in the Gold/Silver meeting rooms.
Entries may be submitted via paper form to the 2nd floor information desk at the Moline Public Library, via email/sharing at molinelibraryteens@gmail.com, or submitted online at bit.ly/3URLKfZ
