To mark the 80th commemoration of Kristallnacht, the 75th commemoration of the deportation of the Jews of Denmark to the Terezin Concentration Camp, Steen Metz, will present "My Story:  Surviving the Holocaust."  Steen Metz grew up in the town of Odense, Denmark, about 100 miles west of Copenhagen. On October 2, 1943, after more than three years of Nazi occupation in Denmark, 8-year-old Steen and his parents  were arrested at their home, loaded into a crowded cattle car and sent to the Terezin Concentration Camp located in what is today the Czech Republic.
