Join Jackie Hauer and Jill Finn for a workshop to explore grief both individually and within a supportive group. Together in this compassionate space, you will reflect on your experiences, share stories, and gain insights into the impact of grief on the body, emotions, and overall well-being. Through guided activities and meaningful discussions, the group will navigate the challenges of grief with understanding, connection, and resilience. All are welcome, and registration is encouraged.

Jill Finn, M.S., is a certified grief educator/grief specialist.

Jackie Hauer is a is currently finishing up her End-of-Life Doula Certification through INELDA.  She is a RYT-200 Yoga teacher and holds a B.A. from Millikin University.
