Park Ranger Mike McKean will present of fascinating program about the Arsenal Bridge, also known as the Government Bridge.

The Arsenal Bridge, designed by Ralph Modjeski, was constructed in 1896 on the same piers as the 1872 bridge.  The truss and swing bridge is 1,608 feet in length.  The twin deck structure, rail (top level) and road traffic (lower level), is located near Mississippi River Lock and Dam no. 15.
