Hosted by Rock Island County Emergency Management and instruction provided by the National Weather Service, emergency response personnel and other interested individuals will learn about severe weather conditions.  Spotter training covers severe weather hazards, including tornado and thunderstorm structures, movement identification and safety precautions.

 

This class will be repeated on April 1st.
